Refund policy
At Saint Baudouin, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable European consumer law.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unworn and unused;
- be unwashed;
- be free from stains, odours and damage;
- include all original tags;
- be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
Saint Baudouin does not provide complimentary return labels.
Customers may choose the carrier of their preference.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Saint Baudouin cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, simply return your original order and place a new order through our website.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must comply with the return conditions stated above.
This statutory right does not affect your other legal rights as a consumer.
